Stand With Ukraine KC is excited to send a Rapid Response Grant to its partner BoTurbota (“Because We Care”) to provide food, hygiene items, and art therapy to displaced families currently living in Dolyna (Ivano-Frankivsk Region), a sister city of Prairie Village, Kansas.

Like many cities in western Ukraine, Dolyna has opened its doors to people forced from their homes by Russian aggression. Currently, Dolyna, a small town of only 20,000 people typically, is hosting some 4,000 IDPs, most of which have had to abandon their jobs and primary sources of income.
